No one Can Figure Out President Bush 3/29/08

The simple reason is that the competiting stories cannot escape their own story and believe that their is another story at play. They are unable to think in terms of another story.

Guess Where Prediction 10/11/07

President XXXX is going to close the School of Business. He will only keep the Executive MBA.

He may move the entire business program to online and save a few devotees. One per department. That is all he thinks he will need.
 
His reasoning to others is that this money can be better spent on a law school.
 
I would have guessed engineering but I think that business is first. Engineering is second.

I think they will try to sell the Engineering School.

I knew this two years ago but was trying to think of a way that it could be justified.

Magazines and Newspapers 10/8/07

There may be a national effort to eliminate paper magazines and newspapers in doctors offices. Is it possible that people that are sick and read magazines transfer germs to other people reading those magazines? I was told on TV that if I touch a door knob after someone does that has the flu with my figures and put them in my eyes or mouth I will get the flue.

Middle Class 10/2/07

The middle class will no longer have access to a higher education.

It is not global warming but cooling. Everyone knows this. It has been this way. This could again bring ice south to Ohio. Look at what the geologists are saying. Harm De Blij's book "Why Geography Matters" 2005. This say that the ice can happen very fast.

We should begin to stock food and other resources to survive for two years as a society. In 1816 we had a year without a summer because of a volcanic eruption.

A huge influx of other story holders into a story leads to strife. This brings on military rule.

Working Class May 19, 2006

The poor and working class in the USA will continue to decline economically, This will be met with absolutely no compassion leading to large pockets of decline. The material will shift much more rapidly away from people. This will off set other declines in consumption.

Just think about it for one second. If we have twenty-million people that are here illegally and untold here that have been granted entrance legally and we go after them what will happen? There will be a revolution. They will fight.

The influx of people from Mexico will be blamed on the fall of the middle class in the USA. This leads to the next perdition.

Mexico Take Over May 9, 2006

The massive influx of Mexican and South American people into the USA will begin with a take over of the nation of Mexico. Mexico is important to us for many strategic, climatic, land, and natural resource reasons. The predictions on global warming are that the agriculture production of the world will move south closer toward the equator. My guess is that we are probably thinking about acquiring from the north to the south pole. We may have to join together into this type of super nation for all of us to survive. The impact on marketing is mind boggling. If all these nations were asked to vote for such a change my guess is that they would be very favorable. Look at the trends from this point of view. This nation could then make it without the rest of the world.

Throughout the history of the world those in power create their own opposition to appeal to detractors. The Internet is no different. The largest companies create their own competitors on the web. They then gain revenue at both ends of pricing. Try to find one. I found several myself with the same products sold as different to the same markets.

The marketing in the media is no longer in the advertisements. It is all in the content. Firms have to purchase the advertising to gain access to the content.

Price of Gas April 19, 2006

The price gas will go down at the end of June 2006 to not destroy the summer business surge. Back up in the fall. My guess a little over $2.00 in summer.

The price of gas will go way down before the November 2006 elections and then up again. My guess under $2.00 in November.

Cooling April 9, 2006

The only thing I can think of why the US Government refuses to acknowledge global warming is that weather has always been the best form of warfare. I have always thought the weather would be the best weapon against economic enemies. It is possible that we have done things to attempt to control the weather and it may have gotten out of hand. I read a great book in the early 70s "The Cooling." I cannot remember the authors name. He was a radio guest many times on an Albany, N.Y. radio show. He was a genius. At that time he had several proposals of how to change the weather.

Pigs April 4, 2006

I think the bird flue has hits pigs in China. The last time it spread from birds to pigs and then to humans. This will change the economic system in the world. China claims pigs are dying and they do not know why.

In the quest to increase consumption marketing delivery systems such as magazines, TV, and radio will move marketing messages into real life and death experiences. Real people, real life, and real death in the moment. It has already started with a life and death operation viewed in Peru of a baby with her legs that look like a mermaid. The story was covered on the Oprah Show. These forms mass marketing can quickly move to accidents, violent behavior, torture and on to war. The masses have been entertained like this before in the coliseum. We have the coliseums already built. I am not suggesting that this will be positive in any way. One has to ask how did the early Romans get to this point?

Food Addiction March 7, 2006

The complicit role of marketing and corporate leadership in food addiction and poor health will now force a major change in the American diet. The US military has identified this as a major military threat to the future of our nation. We need soldiers that are strong.

Combining Advertising February 24, 2006

Companies will combine advertising in the same outlets. This will cut cost and improve efficiencies within the same resources that are allocated. For example a TV commercial that advertises different products from different companies.

US In Africa January 5, 2006

The United States is going to begin a massive movement of effort and resources into Africa. This is derived from geographic research. This is an area that has not yet settled on a dominant religion of Christianity or Islam. With coming climate changes this area will become much more favored and productive.

Oil prices were lowered by government pressure before and after Christmas to not interfere with consumption. They will sky rocket at the end of January 2006.

Only those state institutions of higher education that bring prestige through sports will continue to receive funding increases.

Distant learning will replace the education of those in state institutions of higher education.

Greater numbers of middle class students will enter the military with the promises of a future college education.

The post World War II experiment with the education of the middle class has ended.

Higher education will return to the domain of the social elite.

The middle class workforce will no longer need to have an advanced education to defend the nation.

The middle class and the poor are headed for the army.

The internet will be closed to millions of people in the USA. This will be done by adding to the cost for each user.

Different access will be sold on the internet like it is done now on cable TV.

Changes in software will become more cosmetic but upgrades will demand much more revenue.

The single family house value will implode.

As two income families decline in the middle class their spending habits will contract by three quarters ruining the consumer society.

The middle class will be moved to very large prefabricated home complexes.

The middle class will recognize after it is too late that we are still peasants.

The middle class children will continue to demand and put their parents into debt bondage. They will be ungrateful and blame their parents for their plight. The parents will believe this and die believing that they are failures.

The middle class will move from two cars to one and then to public transportation.

Air travel within the boarders of the USA will collapse. We will go back to trains.

International travel will be rejected by and denied to the middle class.

Credit will become much more difficult to attain for the middle class.

If allowed to borrow the rates for the middle class will be higher than today's credit card rates.

The movement of the middle class will be back to the cities where rents are lower and public transportation is available.

Our consumption and acquisitions will changed from material to cyber images of products and services. Our big house and car will be in our cyber world. What we think we have is only going to be in our minds.

University Implosion January 8, 2006

Accounting will be the only major left standing for a few years in university business schools.

Marketing will be moved under communications or public relations in business programs.

Marketing will undergo a name change.
 
Marketing was created by the US military after World War II to hide corporate business subsidies.
 
I just have to add Verizon. Computers will take the place of cell phones. Their market will be gone. The Box

IBM is in trouble or they would not have changed their employee retirement system. I see no reason accept government contracts why they are still here. Their story is no longer sufficient compared with competition. It is over.
